New season, new hair! Shorter hairdo's and old skool hair styling products to create grungy looks are what it's all about this spring. Designers took inspiration from past decades, mostly the 70s and 80s, with power curls and slicked back locks rocking the catwalks. Scroll down for some serious spring 2017 hair inspiration!

80's Curls
The curls this season should be messy and textured, which you can achieve with a saltspray and by wearing your hair in braids when you go to sleep. Wanna go really old school? Use a wave iron to get perfect wavy locks.

Slicked Back
This famous Kim K inspired hairstyle was all over the catwalks! Well, we can't be sure the designers were actually inspired by Kim, but she was indeed rocking this hair look way before we saw these models sporting slicked back locks on the runways. Just a bit of hair gel or wax is all you need to keep this hairdo in place.

Go Short!
Messy layered bobs are another super trendy hair style at the moment. Models wore their bobs in lots of layers, creating an easy out-of-bed look with uneven, blunt cut fringes.

Slicked back ponytail
Whether you like to wear your hair in low or high ponytail, as long as it's slicked back, it's right on trend. Use bobbypins to keep babyhairs tucked in place.. Looks cute, too!

Accessoirize your hair
Every model at the SS17 Rodarte show was wearing flowers, ribbons and lace in her hair. The ultimate way to accessoirize your locks! This would be great for a party or a day at the beach. This look will surely turn heads for all the right reasons.

Blorange & Bronde
As for the hair colors this season? Blorange (Blonde / Orange ) and Bronde (Blonde / Brown) are the two trendiest colors. Blorange may not be for everyone, as the peachy hair color is most suitable for warmer skintones. Bronde on the other hands comes in cool and warmer tones and is much more versatile and wearable. Loving it!
