REVIEW: Milk & Blush Extra Thick Hair Extensions

If you’ve been following my other blogs before I started BLES Magazine, you know I’ve had super long locks for years! I’ve been wearing hairextensions from 2013 till 2016, nonstop… But I wanted something different so I’ve been rocking a short bob for a year now. Looking back at old pictures, I craved the long locks again, even if it’s just for a party or special occasion. So I looked into different hair extensions brand and bumped into the brand Milk & Blush!

Extra thick, shiny locks!
They were first called Headkandy and later on DirtyLooks, which I already reviewed a set of hair extensions from a few years ago. Now they go by the name Milk & Blush and they have a few new collections of hair extensions, like the extremely thick and long Extra Thick Full Head Quad Weft set. This set consists of 8 thick wefts that vary from 4 clip wefts to 2 clip wefts.

How does it blend in with my bob?
My main question was… Will they blend in with my short bob? First of all, the color of hair extensions play a huge part in whether they will blend in or not. These hairextensions have several shades in them. My color is Hot Toffee and when you look closely, you’ll see several shades of blonde and brown. That really helps to blend it in with your own hair color. Also, my experiences before were that curly of wavy hair tends to blend in best with hair extensions that are much longer. However, I straightened my hair for these photos and when I brushed my hair with the extensions clipped in already, it blended in too. But for a next time, I will curl the hair because I like the look of that even better.

How is the quality?
I’ve tried at least 6 other brands, like Bellami, Luxury for Princess, Balmain and 1001Extensions, and these are my absolute favorites! They haven’t shed at ALL from the second I took them out of the (stunning!) packaging to even brushing them through a few times. That’s the 100% Remy human hair quality I hoped for, and Milk & Blush hair extensions actually live up to it. I’m extremely happy with this set, the color, the quality and the way the hair falls so natually into layers.

Let me know what you think of this set in the comments… I’d love to hear your opinion 😊
